What Fit Pulse is
Fit Pulse is for habit tracking and coaching only. It isn't medical advice and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It is not a medical device.
Where your entries live
Your entries are saved only in this browser on this device. The Gut Doctors cannot see them. Clearing your browser data or switching devices will remove them. You can export or delete them any time in Settings.
What not to enter
Please don't enter medical record details, diagnoses or medications. Fit Pulse is a personal habit journal, not a health record.
No cookies, no analytics
Fit Pulse does not use cookies, analytics events, or any network call that sends your entry data. Your consent is stored locally under the key fitpulse.consent along with the date you agreed.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Fit Pulse.
